An Evening with Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly faces of students, chefs and staffs of Le Cordon Bleu. The event was a showcase dinner with three delicious courses complemented by three wine pairings, all delivered by Le Cordon Bleu with quality and professionalism.
As each course was coming out, the student chefs described what was served on the plate. The presentation and taste of all dishes were beyond outstanding (actually, they were super tasty!)
In true MasterChef style, we scored each course out of 10!
Main Course 1: Pan-Fried Atlantic Salmon Tabouleh with Cucumber Noodles in Sauce Vert and Creme Fraiche.
Ambassador Rating: Yohanna (8.5/10) and Rad (8/10)
Main Course 2: Navarin of Lamb Pie Petit Pots a La Français with Pommes Puree Crisp Speck.
Ambassador Rating: Yohanna (7.5/10) and Rad (8.5/10)
Main Course 3: Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with Rhubarb, Lemon Curb and Creme Chantilly.
Ambassador Rating: Yohanna (9/10) and Rad (9/10)
In short, everything was so good, no-one was sent home!

Teaching at Le Cordon Bleu
Le Cordon Bleu combines theoretical and practical activities to give graduates the best chance to be job ready for their careers in the hospitality industry. It came as no surprise to discover that every facility and the classrooms on campus are state-of-the-art. This lets students experience first-hand what it would feel like to work in a real kitchen atmosphere.
All ingredients used in their kitchen are sourced from the best available to provide the best results (and delicious meals!).
