The South Australian Living Artists (SALA) is a popular state-wide art festival.
Now in its 20th year, the SALA festival aims to promote and celebrate the many talented visual artists in South Australia.
Held from 1 to 31 August 2018, artists exhibit across the state in galleries, open art studios, and non-conventional art spaces like cafes, restaurants, wineries, shops, offices and various other public spaces.
SALA features every artistic medium from sculpture, painting and photography through to mixed media, moving image and installations. And there’s never a shortage of art – last year there was 660 free exhibitions in 560 venues over 31 days!
